Safe and fast travelling in Eve:

If you don't want to be popped on your way anywhere make sure your route doesn't enter low security space. Click on map, click the autopilot tab, and click 'Prefer Safer'.

DONT use autopilot!
Q: "you cant expect me to do it manually right?"
A: "actually yes, and its rather simple"

1) First step is to set your destination (you'll also need to be in space (undocked))
next open your overview settings (its the right facing triangle, next to the words "OVERVIEW" funnily enough on your overview)
2) Click deselect all (down the bottom)
3) Open "Celestial" then scroll down to find "Stargate" (click the checkbox so its "ticked")
4) Close the window, and once again click the right facing triangle, and click "Save current config as..." and call it "Nav". You can set this up in a second tab.
Now if you have a destination set you will notice a yellow stargate in your overview
right click it
5) Click "Warp to within 0m"
Voila! you warp directly within jump range. Just saved you about a minute per jump.

Public Venture Enterprises FAQ:

Why Is The Site So Hard To Read?: PVE-Log is optimised for the Eve-Online Ingame Browser. Try Reading ingame; if you were given a link just click it instead of using copy-paste.

What is PVE?: Public Venture Enterprises was formed for players of Eve who want to mission with the help, support and friendship of other like-minded players. PVE is about co-operative play. PVE is also the title of a chat channel where you can join the weekly missioning event even if you are not in PVE corp. PVE also happens to stand for Player Versus Environment, the opposite of PVP (Player Versus Player).

You are called PVE, does that mean you don't PVP?:

We do not pirate but we will fight in defence of our members, and we occasionally hunt pirates.

Where can I find you?: We have many offices, join us ingame to be informed of your nearest office at Channels & Mailing lists -> Channels -> Join -> PVE -> OK
